Blacknight Capital uses innovative financial structured products to make sophisticated investment strategies available to the public on the Deutsche Boerse Exchange in Frankfurt. We issue exchange-traded instruments (ETIs) collateralised against investment portfolios to overcome the common restrictions faced by retail investors when seeking to invest in hedge funds by offering daily liquidity, lower investment minimums and strong regulatory oversight.

Our ETIs offer high-conviction investment strategies targeting absolute returns independent of market direction, exploiting pricing inefficiencies across multiple asset classes. Our portfolios of non-correlated returns provide diversification beyond traditional stocks, bonds, funds and options.

Blacknight Capital offers a range of services aimed at adding value for high net worth individuals, family offices, institutional and professional investors as well as issuers and Independent Financial Advisers.

All Services



For investors

We offer a range of ETIs listed on the Frankfurt stock exhchange (Deutsche Boerse and Xetra) which are available to both retail and professional investors. The ETIs mirror investment strategies for actively managed portfolios including asset-backed long-term infrastructure projects. Investors buy and sell directly on the exchange via any of the usual online broker services. Investor funds are held by the custodian bank which calculates the ETI NAV is daily and provides daily liquidity.



For private clients

Blacknight Capital may be able to hold investments as nominee depending on the nature of the relationship with the client.



For issuers

Blacknight Capital can structure a bespoke ETI for an issuer seeking to raise capital for an asset-backed project. We can design, launch, market and manage the ETI in cooperation with the client. The time from agreed concept to investable (listed) product can be less than 30 days.



For IFAs

Our ETIs are ISA and SIPP eligible and are available to be marketed through IFA networks throughout the UK and Europe. Full marketing support documentation is available on request.
